I have the same problem on Windows 11 - I've uninstalled Teams and removed the Chat button from the task bar for now. I'll re-enable once this is fixed. Same issue. App shows up in start menu but not in app settings to reset or anything. I don't even get the error messages above. Install Sysinternals. Run psexec. Note that your Microsoft Teams directory may be named differently.
Run dir and find the correct name on the list if the above does not fit. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Microsoft Teams Teams for business Search Community member.
